How DiAlo Rent Got Started

In 2006, entrepreneur, Rochelle Roy wanted a new way to search for vacant rental property. Rochelle's experience in searching for a new place to live was tedious – reading through the newspaper was a dreadful task. The ads almost never had enough information about the property. The ads in the major apartment magazines was conformed to just major apartment complexes, they did not include individual property owners. The reason being was “COST”. To have an ad placed into one of these magazines you are going to pay BIG BUCKS and we all know ads with photos are attention grabbers.

Rochelle’s goal was to make finding rental property easier and better from an Internet perspective. And then came the overall advertising idea. Renters looking for vacancies, individuals looking for roommates, Realtors and mortgage companies looking to get more exposure. Movers looking for moving companies to help them move. Start up businesses looking to find more business. Larger apartment complexes looking to find more tenants.
