Our target is to list your ad on the Internet at an affordable cost. We specialize in available real estate property – we market and advertise your property so you don’t have to. We also cater to any individual wanting to advertise a business or service.

5. How do we find renters and buyers for your available property?
By persistently advertising and promoting the company.  Encouraging people to visit the website.  We are not a brokerage company nor do we participate in any real estate sales activities. Tenants will contact landlords/owners directly.  buyers will contact the seller and the realtors directly.  Please note we are only an advertising service.  We do not own or manage any properties listed on our site.

9. Which forms of payment do we accept?
We accept cash, checks, money orders, and all major credit cards. For faster processing we recommend paying with a credit card directly from our website.

10. Details the payment processing.
Once your ad has been processed for payment, you can not change the ad package details or duration.  If using a credit card we have to have your billing address where your statements are mailed.  All transactions are final.  We do not refund any portion of the advertising fee if you decide to cancel your ad prior to the expiration date.  Please review our Terms and Conditions Agreement, which can be found on the customer forms page.  You can pay for your ad directly from our website, by telephone, fax and US postal mail.

11. Who pays DiAlo Rent?
Our income comes from property owners and general advertisers. Potential tenants pay nothing to use our web site or obtain real estate listings. 

12. Do we have a listing loyalty program?
Yes, we do – for every 5 property listings you list with us your 6 property listing is half off!

13. Can I make changes to my listing and or ad after it’s published?
No changes can be made once the ad has gone online.  Changes can be made after the ad duration has expired.

14. How does the real estate advertising work?
Detailed designed ads pull in more exposure. If your ad has the right information listed your potential renter or buyer will be more inclined to rent or buy from just viewing the ad. Viewers want to know as much information about your property as possible without even having to call you or leave their house. They want to see photos of the interior as well as the exterior. 

15. What happens after your property listing expires?
We will contact you by telephone or email a few days before your ad is due to expire. If the ad expires and becomes inactive it will be moved to our inactive file until you are ready to list it again. Our inactive file contains property listings that have not been processed for payment or have expired.  We save all listings to be used when the property is available again.  When your property is rented it goes to our inactive file. A “RENTED” or "SOLD" tag is placed on the ad.

16. What type of picture can be used?
The photo format must be in JPG, GIF or JPEG. You can email the photo to DiAloRent@hotmail.com or we can arrange to take a digital photo.

You can pay for your ad directly from the website. You can pay with all major credit cards or a debit card.  Go to the Make a Payment Page and click on the BUY NOW button.  All credit card payments are done over a secure system.  PayPal is a leader in their industry.  The billing will appear on your credit card statement as “DiAlo Services”. 

20. How does the online credit card payment work?
It's easy.  Go to our Make a Payment Page.  Click on the Buy Now Button.  You will be directed to the PayPal secure connection.  Enter in the amount you want to pay. Leave the quantity as 1 (one) and then click the update total button.  If you want to use your PayPal account you have to log into your PayPal account and follow the directions.  If you want to pay with a credit or debit card click on Continue Checkout and enter in all the needed information.  All credit card payments are done over a secure system.  PayPal is a leader in their industry.  You don't even need a PayPal account you can pay with your credit or debit card.  The billing will appear on your credit card statement as “DiAlo Services”.

26. How can I place an ad?
Placing an ad is easy. You have several choices.  You can call your ad in 614.245.8735 ext *414.  Fax your ad in 614.775.9107.  Email your ad in DiAlo Rent@hotmail.com.  Go to our website, www.DiAloRent.com, and select your ad package and fill out the online advertising form.  DiAlo Rent reserves the right to reject ads submitted for publication.  DiAlo Rent reserves the right to cancel any advertisement at any time due to a non payment account status.  All ads are subject to advance payment.   

DiAlo Rent recognizes the importance and makes every effort to publish all ads error-free.  However, when errors do occur we can only fix them if you let us know there is a problem.  Please proof read your ad.  Once the ad in placed on our website read the ad the first day of publication.   

27. When will my ad be placed on the Internet site?
24 hours from receipt of the payment.

28. I can’t find listings in my area?
Currently we service Ohio only.  Some areas may not have a available listing. Always check back because new ads are being placed all the time. 

29. How do I contact the property owner?
If you want to respond to an ad please look under the contact information on that particular ad.  You can send an email or call the advertiser by phone. 

30. Do I need to pay to use your site?
No.  Viewers don’t have to pay anything only the advertisers

The most important thing you can do is to include photos with your ad. This lets a renter or buyer see your property and build a stronger connection with your property. Also, be sure to provide accurate contact information.

39. How long will it take to rent or sell my property?
All properties are different. Some can take a day (or hours), others take one or more months. A lot depends on the supply and demand of properties in your area and other factors such as rent/mortgage amount, and property features. Learn how effective our online ads are.

40. Giving renters and buyers what they want to see
Once a viewer finds your property ad, they will want to see details you provide such as photos, floor plans, a map, directions, a detailed description, property features, contact information, pricing, a link to your web site and much more. This is the information that most viewers look for before taking the next step to contact you.

41. How often will I receive rental alert emails?
Rental Alert email notifications are sent out once a day. The email notification will have two links embedded in it that will take you to a web page displaying the new home rental ad matching your search criteria and another that will allow you to deactivate that particular Rental Alert.

42. I signed up for a Rental Alert, but I'm not receiving any emails. Why?
Rental Alert will only send you an email notification if there are new home rental ads in our home rental database that match your search criteria. If there are no new home rental ads that match, then Rental Alert does not send you an email.

43. I can't see the graphics or logo in my rental alert emails.
Some Windows security settings and virus protection software will block graphics in an HTML email to keep the sender from identifying your machine. The missing graphics are merely specials on goods and services included in our emails and our logo. We strongly recommend that you DO NOT adjust or change your security settings to view these.

44. Why would a Realtor use this website?
You can increase your listing exposure and the chance of finding the buyer directly (Which means receiving the total commission and no split with another agent!). When you list a property on the website, your showing instructions should direct the buyer to call you.   You can use the website as an additional resource of properties for your buyers.

45. How does our website work?
We are not a brokerage; both owners and leaseholders that have a room, apartment, house or commercial space for rent or sell generate our property listings.  We post their listings and include detailed descriptions and photographs.  Tenants and owners and buyers and sellers can contact each other from this website via telephone or email.
