real estate advertising work? Detailed designed ads pull in more exposure. If your ad has the right information listed your potential renter
or buyer will be more inclined to rent or buy from just viewing the ad.

You can pay for your ad directly from the website. You can pay with all major credit cards or a debit card. Go to the

property. Also, be sure to provide accurate contact information. 39. How long will it take to rent
or sell my property? All properties are different. Some can take a day (or hours), others take one or more months. A lot depends on the supply and demand of properties in your area and other factors such as rent/mortgage amount, and property features. Learn how effective our online ads are. 40. Giving renters
and buyers what they want to see Once a viewer finds your property ad, they will want to see details you provide such as photos, floor plans, a map, directions, a detailed description, property features, contact information, pricing, a link to your web site and much more. I signed up for a Rental Alert, but I'm not receiving any emails. Why? Rental Alert will only send you an email notification if there are new home rental ads in our home rental database that match your search criteria. If there are no new home rental ads that match, then Rental Alert does not send you an email. 43. I can't see the graphics or logo in my rental alert emails. Some Windows security settings and virus protection software will block graphics in an HTML email to keep the sender from identifying your machine. The missing graphics are merely specials on goods and services included in our emails and our logo. We strongly recommend that you DO NOT adjust or change your security settings to view these. 44. Why would a Realtor use this website? You can increase your listing exposure and the chance of finding the buyer directly (Which means receiving the total commission and no split with another agent!). When you list a property on the website, your showing instructions should direct the
buyer to call you. You can use the website as an additional resource of properties for your
buyers. 45. How does our website work? We are not a brokerage; both owners and leaseholders that have a room, apartment, house or commercial space for rent
